We are active in projects covering a range of commodities including critical metals, base metals, and bulk commodities.

With relationships with a Hong Kong based private equity firm, Breakaway can offer investment in private equity funds which provide both equity and debt financing to resource and agricultural projects. Lime Street Capital conducts ‘buy-side’ research and can provide investment capital for qualifying projects.
We offer advisory services for companies including M&A and ASX listings. We prepare Information Memorandums or Independent Expert reports to assist in capital raisings and merger activity. Our focus is on the creation shareholder value for all shareholders in our transactions.
Breakaway can co-ordinate and conduct project evaluation studies. In resource projects this can include resource appraisal work, JORC resource statements and pre-feasibility studies. The company is also active in the sourcing and marketing of several commodities.
